If you’ve ever sat in a pub and dreamed of running your own, this could be your chance. There are an array of watering holes up for sale across the Midlands at the moment if you’re willing to take the plunge.

They include a popular micropub with a “loyal customer base” and a “traditional village pub” offering wet sales only. Guide prices start from £55,000, going up to £645,000 for a boozer near Merry Hill shopping centre.
