15 Vegetables You Can Regrow From Kitchen Scraps

You don’t have the time or space to start a vegetable garden of your own. There’s nothing to be concerned about! Even if you don’t have a garden, you can still cultivate your own food.

Some veggies can be regrown from kitchen waste over and over again. There are 15 vegetables on our list that you can keep growing again and over again. Some examples include lettuce, celery, bok choy, sweet potato, and basil They’re a breeze to grow, and they produce a lot. To properly care for your new plants, all you’ll need is a little amount of time and persistence on your part. The advantages, on the other hand, are enormous.

1. Basil

Place the basil stems with the leaf nodes in a glass of water and set them in a sunny place. This will allow the basil to sprout. The roots should be around 2 inches long before being transferred to pots.

The root end of the bok choy can be regrown by placing it face-up in water. It will begin to grow back after a few days. And in a matter of weeks, you’ll be able to transplant it into a pot of soil to allow it to mature.
