People often have “soft” hands, especially if they haven’t been physically active for a long time. The muscles are loose, the skin starts to sag, and the fat on the inside of the upper arm is already visible.

Lie on your stomach to do the cobra pose. The legs should be hip-width apart and the head should be looking down.
The palms of the hands should be on the ground, one on each side of the chest. Push your chest up with your palms.
Keep your legs and pelvis on the ground. As you look up at the sky, give your neck a good stretch. The most important thing is to remember to breathe in and out.
Hold the pose for a few seconds and then go back to where you started.
Do three sets of 15 reps each.
