We advise you to perform these 7 exercises daily, first thing as you wake up. This way, you will not feel tired and will remain fresh throughout the day.
SWIMMING
Lie on your stomach and raise your arms and legs into the air. Use your feet and hands to make strokes and other movements as if you’re swimming.
Do 20 reps.
CRUNCHES WITH KNEES UP
Lay on your back with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Engage your ab muscles and lift your upper body, holding the position for a few seconds. Then, lower your body and stretch it out.
Do 10 reps.
SQUATS
Spread your feet and shoulders to make a wide stance. Be sure to keep your back straight at all times and spread your hands in front of you. Now, lower yourself as slowly as possible, as if you were sitting on a chair. Return to your starting place and repeat the process.
Finish 20 reps.
BICYCLE
Raise your legs and place your hands on top of your head. Legs should be moving in a cycling motion. Repeat as many times you can.
GLUTE KICKBACK
Start on all fours and kick each leg backward, one at a time. Do 10 reps.
PLANK
Put your elbows on the ground and do a push-up. Hold this position as long as you can with your back straight.
GLUTE BRIDGE
Lie facedown on the ground, palms facing down, feet flat on the ground. Lift your body with your feet and hips.
Finish 15 reps.
