Mountain Climber

  1. Begin the exercise on the foursome, hands under the arms, feet apart.
  2. Move forward in a creeping motion with your right hand and left leg. Your knees must not come into contact with the ground.
  3. Repeat the previous movement backwards.
  4. Repeat the previous steps on the opposite side. Perform three sets of ten repetitions.
