Chair Leg Raises and Taps
- Sit on the chair’s edge with knees apart, hip-width distance.
- Lift your feet off the floor, pointing your toes downward.
- Lean back while engaging your abs and pulling your navel towards your spine.
- Keep your feet hovering above the ground.
- Tap one foot down, then bring it back to the center.
- Alternate tapping each foot down and bringing it back up.
- Aim for 10 reps on each side for a complete set.
- For added support and balance, hold onto the chair.
