Cracked heels are a common problem, but with just a candle, you can solve the issue in just 24 hours. Here’s how.
Cracked heels can be painful and unsightly. There are many reasons why people experience them, including excessive pressure or friction from shoes and naturally dry or thick skin. However, this pesky problem can easily be resolved.
Don’t neglect your cracked heels any longer. We recommend using a candle to quickly and effectively address the issue. In the following steps, we’ll show you how to use this method that will leave you amazed at how fast it resolves the problem.
Ingredients and Preparation
To make the candle cream for cracked feet, you will need a candle, olive oil, petroleum jelly, and coconut oil. Grate the entire candle using a grater until it is in very small pieces. Then, place the grated candle in a bowl and add half a cup of olive oil. Mix well until the two ingredients are combined. Next, take a small pot and add half a cup of water.
Put the bowl inside the pot and melt the candle using a double boiler method. Once the candle and oil are completely melted, remove the bowl from the pot. Add a spoonful of petroleum jelly and half a spoonful of coconut oil to the bowl.
Mix well until the petroleum jelly and coconut oil have melted. Let the cream thicken for about 15-20 minutes before transferring it to a clean container with a lid. You can store the cream for up to six months at room temperature.
Using the Candle Cream
As we mentioned earlier, cracked heels are a nuisance and should not be ignored. With this homemade candle cream, you can quickly and easily restore smooth and silky heels. To use the cream, simply apply it to your heels and let it absorb.
For a more intense treatment, you can create a mask by applying a generous amount of the cream and wearing socks over it, preferably overnight. Your heels will be noticeably softer after just one use, and with continued use, you’ll no longer have to deal with uncomfortable cracked heels.
