Royal watchers were treated to a new portrait of Prince George, a tradition that takes place every year on his birthday. While details about his birthday party remain unknown, it can be imagined that he enjoyed the day with family and friends, just like any other 10-year-old would.
Prior to the big day, royal expert Katie Nicholl shared insights with ET about how the prince’s birthday might be celebrated. According to her, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge “are known to celebrate significant birthdays, but they prefer to keep it low-key.”
Nicholl also mentioned that any party George had would not be extravagant. “It won’t be a flashy affair. William and Kate don’t go for extravagant parties with high expenses.”
The royal expert further revealed that if there was a party, it would likely have a sports theme. And, of course, Kate Middleton would be baking a cake!
