Sculpt your core and legs with side leg lifts:

  1. Lie on your side, bending your right leg, and support your head with your right arm.
  2. Straighten your left leg, lifting it as high as possible.
  3. Lower the leg without touching the floor and repeat the movement.
  4. Complete the set, then switch to the opposite side for balanced toning.
