Leg Lift With Knee-In

Lay on your right side with your legs spread out and your right elbow bent so that your right hand can support your head. Bring your right foot slightly forward and bend the knee about 90 degrees. Keeping your shoulders and hips in line, your abs tight, your left leg straight, and your left toes pointed, use your outer thigh to lift your left leg about 45 degrees off the ground. Bend your left knee as you bring your left leg in toward your core. Don’t let your left leg drop. Then let your leg fly back up and slowly lower it until your toes are just a few inches from the floor. One repetition.
