In this exercise, all you have to do is smile as big as you can. Follow this step by making a funny face with your nose and eyebrows. This should take about ten seconds. Next, stop smiling and for about 5 seconds, slightly lower your chin. Do the whole workout for 5 minutes. You’ll notice a difference after doing this just three times per week.
