Crossover Crunches (15 reps on each side)

Lie on your back with your knees bent. Cross your left foot over your right knee. Extend your left arm out to the side and use your right hand to support your neck. Press your lower back to the floor and lift both shoulder blades off the ground. Curl your right shoulder and elbow diagonally towards your left knee, then repeat on each side several times.
