Plié Squats
  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, placing one at each hipbone, while taking a wide stance with toes pointed outward.
  2. Keep your shoulders stacked over your hips, then bend your knees, lowering your buttocks down until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
  3. Press into your heels to straighten your legs, returning to the starting position.
  4. This completes one repetition.
