Leg lifts with knee

Lie on your right side, bent right knee, with your foot behind you. Raise your right hand above your head and place your left hand on your left hip. Lean on your left foot’s toes and extend your left leg in a straight line with your body.

Lift your left leg toward the ceiling while keeping your hips sideways, then bend your knee and bring it up to your abdomen. Return to the starting position by extending the leg up and then lowering it with control. You only get one repetition. Continue for 30 seconds before repeating on the other side.

Do 15 reps on one leg, then switch to the other.
