Reverse diamond crunches

Lay flat on your back with your arms at your sides and palms facing down. Bring your feet together and open your knees out to the sides, creating a diamond-shaped space between your legs.

As you lift your feet over your hips, press down with your palms and squeeze your abdomen. Lift your hips off the bed and bring your feet toward the ceiling from this position. Bring your hips back to the bed with control. (Do not let your feet drop). That’s a rep. Continue for another 30 seconds.

Perform 20 repetitions.
