Jack Splits
Lie down on your back with your thumbs interlocked, your arms and legs straight, and your feet together. As you lift your arms and feet off the bed, tighten your abdominal muscles and keep your knees and elbows straight.
Breathe out as you form a V with your legs and lift your entire upper body off the bed. Bring your hands forward as you rise. Return to the starting position slowly and without touching the bed. You’ve got one rep. Continue for another 30 seconds.
Carry out 25 reps.
