How to Get Grease Out of Your Kitchen Cabinets?

CITRUS-BASED MULTIPURPOSE CLEANER

Citrus oil is effective since it is a natural degreaser and can help you get rid of built-up grime. Check your cleaning supplies—or go to the store if you’re out—for a multipurpose cleaner that contains citrus oil.

  • To clean the kitchen cabinets, spray a multipurpose cleaner with citrus oil and let it sit for a while.
  • Then, wipe the grease off gently with a sponge or microfiber cloth that has been soaked with warm water.
  • Finally, use a clean damp towel to remove any traces of cleaner and dry the area completely.

Keep in mind that a homemade citrus-based cleaner is simple to make. Fill a canning jar three-quarters of the way with citrus peels, then add white vinegar to the top. After two to three weeks of steeping, strain the mixture to remove the peels and transfer the liquid to a spray bottle. Use in the same way you would any commercial cleaner.
