Plank With Leg Raises
Planking is an excellent core-strengthening exercise that also targets your calves and buttocks simultaneously. To perform this exercise, follow these steps:
- Begin in a pushup position.
- Raise one leg until it is horizontal.
- Hold this position for a few seconds.
- Lower your leg back down.
- Repeat this exercise 10 times with one leg.
- Switch to the other leg and perform the same steps for 10 repetitions.
