Granite
Similar to marble, granite does not fare well when exposed to vinegar. In the long run, using a vinegar spray on your granite countertops will make them look less shiny and more worn. However, despite its resilience, granite is vulnerable to etching from anything acidic, including acidic meals. These marks can only be removed by sanding and polishing the granite.
